Flansch-Kugelhahn für die Industrie

Weshalb Flanschkugelhähne von NieRuf? Kugelhähne mit Flanschanschluss aus dem Hause NieRuf werden häufig bei Industrieanwendungen oder im Kraftwerksbau verbaut. Dank der robusten Bauweise und der präzisen Fertigung, können diese auch bei großen Durchflussmengen und hohen Druckbereichen, bis PN40 oder ANSI150 verwendet werden. Über den Flanschanschluss können diese einfach und kostengünstig in die Rohrleitung integriert werden. Bei Verwendung in Industrieanlagen und Dampfanlagen sowie bei Hochdruck sollte darüber nachgedacht werden, ob ein Antrieb von Vorteil ist. Häufig sind die Flanschenabsperrhähne gerade mit größen Baulängen nur schwer händisch zu bedienen. In Trinkwasseranwendungen und Gasanwendungen dürfen ausschließlich DVGW zugelassene Produkte verwendet werden.

Die Edelstahl-Flanschenkugelhähne eignen sich besonders für aggressive oder sonstige anspruchsvolle Medien. Neben diesen werden allerdings auch noch welche aus Stahlguss, Sphäroguss oder verzinktem Stahl hergestellt. Die Nennweiten reichen von DN15 bis DN300. Die Flanschabsperrhähne gibt es außerdem mit den Zulassungen DVGW-Gas, DVGW-Trinkwasser, TA-Luft und Fire-Safe, je nachdem welche Zulassung Sie benötigen. Gerne beraten wir Sie hierbei. Außerdem gibt es diesewahlweise als Kompakte Bauform, mit elektrischem oder pneumatischem Antrieb und als 2-Wege oder 3-Wege Variante. Geeignet sind die Flanschabsperrhähne je nach Ausführung für flüssige oder gasförmige Medien, für Trinkwasser, Gas oder Wasserdampf.
