Kryo-Sicherheitsventil für tiefkalte Flüssigkeiten und Gase

Spezielle Cryo-Sicherheitsventile dienen in einer Tieftemperaturanlage, Flüssigstickstoffanlage oder der Medizintechnik bspw. bei der Verwendung von flüssigem Stickstoff oder tiefkaltem Sauerstoff dem Schutz von Mensch und Maschine. Eine Anlage, welche mit tiefkalten Medien bspw. flüssigem Stickstoff oder tiefkaltem Sauerstoff arbeitet, wird immer mit zwei Sicherheitsventilen welche parallel eingebaut werden ausgestattet. Diese werden über einen speziell geprüften Kryo-Kugelhahn angesteuert. Dies ist notwendig, falls ein Kryoventil aufgrund der tiefkalten Betriebsbedingungen nicht funktionsfähig ist oder gewartet werden muss. Ein Cryo Sicherheitsventil muss immer betriebsbereit sein, da eine Tieftemperatur Anlage nicht einfach ausgeschaltet werden kann. Unser Kryo Sicherheitsventile bestehen aus hochwertigem Edelstahl und sind mit einer PTFE Dichtung ausgestattet. Diese sind in den Nennweiten ¼“ – 1“ Zoll verfügbar. Der Einstellbereich reicht von 0,2 bar bis maximal 70 bar. Die Ventile sind für Temperaturen bis minus 200 Grad Celsius geeignet.
