Reduziernippel GF03-2 mit Aussengewinde 2" x 1 1/2" Zoll aus PVC-U für flüssige & gasförmige Medien
Der Reduziernippel ist ein häufig verwendetes und sehr wichtiges Bauteil im Rohleitungsbau. Eingesetzt wird er überall da, wo von einer großen Nennweite auf eine kleine Nennweite verringert werden muss oder umgekehrt. Bedeutet, der Nippel hat auf der einen Seite ein Außengewinde, welches größer ist, wie dass Außengewinde auf der anderen Seite des Nippels. Dadurch können Planungsfehler, falsch bestellte Armaturen oder Bauliche-Probleme beseitigt, gelöst bzw. trotzdem verbaut werden. Gefertigt wird der Nippel aus hochwertigem Edelstahl 316, Messing oder dem Kunststoff PVC-U. Reduziert werden kann bspw. von 1/4“ auf 1/8“ Zoll oder von 2“ auf 1“ Zoll, dadurch erhöht sich die Flexibilität im Rohrleitungsbau deutlich. In einem 2“-System kann dadurch eine Armatur bspw. ein Nadelventil oder Magnetventil mit einem 1“ Innengwinde eingebaut werden. Das Spart natürlich Kosten, da ein kleineres Kunststoff-Magnetventil deutlich weniger Geld kostet (Bitte die Durchflussmengen und Druckbereiche der Armaturen beachten).
