NieRuf offers the right accessories for connecting pneumatic lines (pneumatic binders). The assortment includes high quality stainless steel and brass plug-in and bracket connectors. A plug screw-in connection is used, for example, to connect one compressed air hose with another or to connect a fitting or pipe. The connections are suitable for pipes according to ISO 14743. The connectors can also be used with oily compressed air as a result of the FKM and NBR seal. Depending on the model and seal material, the temperature range can extend from -20°C to a maximum of 150°C. The operating pressure in the pipe must not exceed 16bar.

When installing the connection elements, it should be ensured that the hose has been cut straight, deburred and cleaned. So that an optimum seal can be guaranteed, the hose should not be oval. The compressed air hose must be inserted into the screw connection as far as the limit stop. You can check the fit by gently pulling the hose. If you want to loosen the hose again, the pressure ring has to be pressed. The hose can then be loosened from the connection element with a rotating movement. When re-assembling the hose, the end should be cut straight again so that its plug-in and removal capabilities are not affected.
